Telekihaʻapai (also: Lalona Island ) is an island in the Haʻapai archipelago , which belongs to the Kingdom of Tonga .
geography
The motu is located in the east of ʻOtu Muʻomuʻa in the ʻOtu Tolu Group , whose islands Fetokopunga , Nukutavake and Telekivavaʻu , as well as Telekitonga, extend from north to south.
climate
The climate is tropical hot, but is tempered by constantly blowing winds. Like the other islands of the Ha'apai group, Telekiha'apai is occasionally hit by cyclones .
