This is usually pursued with the aim of determining position data, giving the customer information about it at any time and thus being able to increase the quality of service.
The reason for this connection, which is particularly widespread on the Internet , is that the market for mobile information and communication technology is currently booming. A telematics system is always used when it is planned to use technical devices to link at least two data processing systems to one another via a telecommunications system. Such a system must therefore exist at least via a transmitter , on the other side via a receiver and in between via a medium that guarantees the exchange of information.
