Tenders Electronic Daily ( TED ; literally: daily electronic tenders ) is a multilingual online service of the European Union . The job of Tenders Electronic Daily is to advertise public contracts . Tenders Electronic Daily is part of the Publications Office of the European Union .
Tenders for public contracts above a certain size must be published across the EU . This is done in the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union (OJ S).
In addition to the printed version of the supplement, there is also an electronic version on DVD-ROM and an online version; the latter is known as Tenders Electronic Daily.
