Tentoura ( Greek τεντούρα ) is a Greek liqueur that has been traditionally made in Patras since the 15th century . The drink contains alcohol, water, sugar and fermented extracts of cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and citrus fruits. It has an alcohol content of around 25%. As a product of Greek origin, it is protected nationally and by EU law.
