The Terraingesellschaft Neu-Westend AG was a stock corporation based in Munich , which among other things developed the Pasing II villa colony .

The company was founded on March 7, 1900. In 1931 she got into trouble.

The company is no longer listed in the 1943 manual of German stock corporations.
