The Terziarinnenkloster Lindau was a monastery of the Terziarinnen in Lindau (Lake Constance) in Bavaria in the diocese of Augsburg .

history

The monastery was founded before 1238 as the monastery of the Terziarinnen (Closmerinnen) of the Franciscans . In 1528 the sisters became Protestants, but lived on as a community. In 1802 the Closmenpflege was dissolved and the house was sold. After it was bought back in 1836, the building was demolished in 1861 when Schrannenplatz was expanded.
