Teutonism

The term Teutonism (derived from the name of the Teutons ) is a derogatory, sometimes joking, stereotypical term for actual or alleged typical German behavior and associated properties. Germans who are characterized in this way and are also called Teutons by analogy, are assumed to be “typically German arrogance” and chauvinistic - Greater German sentiments when using this term .
