Texas Wendish Heritage Museum
The Texas Wendish Heritage Museum (dt. Texas' Sorbian Heritage Museum ) is the only Sorbian museum in the USA. It is located in the Sorbian town of Serbin in Lee County , Texas . The building of the museum was once the Sorbian school of Serbin. Today the museum has several small exhibition rooms, a souvenir shop, an archive and a library with Sorbian, German and English literature. Above all, Sorbian art objects are exhibited, such as Sorbian Easter eggs. The archive also contains rare Sorbian and German manuscripts and an abundance of photographs.
