Thaj (also day ) is an archaeological excavation site in what is now Saudi Arabia . It is perhaps the ancient Gerrha . This equation is not certain.

The ruins are the remains of a large city that once occupied about one square kilometer. The urban area was surrounded by a 2535 m long wall that was 4.5 m thick. Excavations in the urban area have shown that it was inhabited from the 3rd century BC to the 3rd century AD. Outside the actual urban area there were cemeteries. Inscriptions with Hasaite inscriptions were found here.
