The Scout Association of Grenada

The Scout Association of Grenada is a scout organization from Grenada . Together with The Girl Guides Association of Grenada , it forms the national scout association.

history

The organization was founded in 1924 and became a member of the World Organization of the Scout Movement in 1979 . In 2011 the co-educational association had 1,378 members. In 1985 and 2004, the association also hosted the fourth and tenth Caribbean Cuboree, respectively . The association emblem shows a nutmeg in bloom , the national tree .
