The Wrestling Channel, later The Fight Network UK, was an English - Irish special interest broadcaster of the Canadian The Fight Network , on which between 2004 and 2008 mainly wrestling and other martial arts was shown. Among other things, the station showed some shows of the wrestling promotion World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), TNA iMPACT ( Total Nonstop Action Wrestling ), and UFC. There were also Mexican, Japanese and European wrestling leagues. In 2004 the station only broadcast wrestling, but it soon added call-in competitions and erotic programs to this program . He later took up mixed martial arts programs instead of the telephone broadcasts. After the purchase by The Fight Network, he played almost exclusively mixed martial arts. In the United Kingdom, the channel was broadcast by satellite on Sky Digital .
