Theodor Mattern
Carl Eduard Theodor Stanislaus Mattern (* May 8, 1820 ; † May 13, 1886 ) was a Berlin merchant , dyework owner and local politician ( city councilor ).
From 1859 until his death he was a valuer for woolen goods and raw materials at the Berlin City Court . Matternstrasse in the Berlin district of Friedrichshain is named after him .
