ThinThread
ThinThread is the name of a wiretapping program that was developed by the National Security Agency in the 1990s. It was developed by William Binney .
The program was suspended three weeks before the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks . However, it is considered a blueprint for current NSA analysis techniques.
