Thomas Bruha

Thomas Bruha (* 1945 ) is a German legal scholar.

Life

After receiving his doctorate in 1979 ( The definition of aggression, factuality and normativity of the UN consensus-building process from 1968 to 1974. At the same time a contribution to the structural analysis of international law ) in Giessen , he taught from 1994 to 2011 as a professor (C3) for public law, European law, International law at the University of Hamburg .

His main research interests are European constitutional law, EU association law, UN law and European and international environmental law.
