Thomas Eilt Goes (born June 3, 1980 in Aurich ) is a German social scientist and author.
Career
He received his doctorate at the University of Jena on the subject of precarization in wholesale and works at the Sociological Research Institute (SOFI) in Göttingen . Goes works in the tradition of a critical theory of society. His main focus is on work sociology , industrial relations research, capitalism analysis, populism and wage-earning awareness research. The focus of his research is on the restructuring of class relationships on a social and operational level. The connection with political processing, trade union organization and solidarity alternatives are often examined.
Goes published several books on trade unions, strikes and one on left- wing populism .
