Thomas Harke (born November 27, 1970 in Wesel ) is a German musical actor and singer .

During his training as a musical actor at Rebeltanz in Münster (1993/1994), Thomas played the leading role of the American President in the musical "JFK - The Rock Opera", both in the world premiere and later on tour, and is in this role on the CD of the same name to listen. The director Harry Kupfer hired him in 1995 for the role of Crown Prince Rudolph in the Vienna original version of the musical ELISABETH. He played the first line-up there for 4 years and can be heard on the live CD. Since a further training phase at the Stella Academy in Hamburg (1998–2000), Thomas can be seen in leading roles, world premieres and European musical premieres. He was nominated for the "Topper Award" at the "European Tournament of Plays" for his roles in "Triumph of Love" and "Urinetown" and won it together with the ensembles / productions that were also nominated. Thomas not only plays in German productions, a good third of his engagements are on English-speaking stages.
