Thorvald Bindesbøll

Thorvald Bindesbøll (born July 21, 1846 in Copenhagen ; † August 27, 1908 in Frederiksberg ) was a Danish architect and designer.

In addition to numerous villas, the dormitory for post and telegraph officers and the seaman's home in Copenhagen, he gained importance as a craftsman. Son of Gottlieb Bindesbøll .

For his designs he was included in the Danish Culture Canon 2006 .
