Tisler is a Norwegian archipelago in the municipality of Hvaler , which belongs to the province ( Fylke ) Viken .
The Tisler archipelago , together with Herføl and Heia in the south-west, are the last islands before the Swedish border in the transition from the Oslofjord to the Skagerrak . They are uninhabited. Few visitors come to their huts only in summer.
