Tie Luo Han

Tie Luo Han ( Chinese    /  , pinyin TIE luó hàn  - "Iron Warrior Monk or Iron Arhat ") is a cultivar of the tea plant ( Camellia sinensis ) from the Wuyi Mountains in the northwestern Chinese province of Fujian . The variety is one of the Wuyi- or Steintees ( , yán chá ). The original plants that are still alive today belong to the " Four famous tea bushes of the Wuyi Mountains " and thus to the four varieties from which Oolong tea was originally made.
