Tim Barrett (athlete)

Tim Barrett (actually Timothy Edward A. Barrett; born March 16, 1948 in Nassau ) is a former Bahamian triple jumper .

In 1966 he won the Central America and Caribbean Games and came fourth in the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Kingston .

At the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City, he was eliminated from qualification.

In 1971 he won bronze at the Central American and Caribbean Championships and finished fifth at the Pan American Games in Cali .

At the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, he did not get past the first round again.

He set his personal best of 15.82 m in 1967.
