Tiptopf is a cookbook that was developed for home economics classes in Switzerland .

The first edition of Tiptopf was published by the Swiss school publisher in 1986 , and the 22nd edition was published in 2011. In September 2011 the two millionth copy was delivered. This makes “Tiptopf” the best-selling teaching aid in Switzerland. The book was written by different authors.

On more than 400 pages, Tiptopf contains cooking recipes and numerous tips for cooking and baking, information on menu planning and nutrition in an easily understandable form.

In addition to Tiptopf, which was developed for school lessons, the same publisher also has “Der Andere Tiptopf”, a cookbook for private kitchens. "Greentopf" has been available since 2019 with over 200 vegetarian and vegan recipes.
