Tirbilöpp is a bay in the rural community of Saaremaa in the Saare district on the largest Estonian island of Saaremaa . It is bordered by Muraja poolsaar in the east and an unnamed peninsula in the west. It is located in the nature reserve Kahtla-Kübassaare hoiuala . There is an unnamed rock in the bay.
The bay is 650 meters wide and cuts 900 meters deep into the land.
