Tirosalata (τυροσαλάτα) or Chtipiti (χτυπητή) is a cold Greek starter . It is a sheep's cheese cream, to which olive oil, pepper, lemon and possibly hot green peppers are added. Tirosalata is usually used as a dip with bread.
