Table template (Council of Ministers)
The short-term treatment of Council of Ministers lectures (MRV) in the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Austria is referred to as table template . Usually, on the basis of the Council of Ministers lectures transmitted by the individual ministries, the agenda for the Council of Ministers taking place on the following Tuesday is drawn up every week on Thursday morning and electronically transmitted to the Ministries, including the lectures. However, if further Council of Ministers lectures are planned for treatment after this date, these will be collected by the Council of Ministers service and distributed to the departments at short notice . A package of table templates is prepared for each participant in the Council of Ministers meeting and distributed before the Council of Ministers meeting.
Short minutes are drawn up from the Ministerial Council meeting. The minutes of the decision, including the final versions of the Council of Ministers' presentations, are then distributed to the ministries for information.
