The noble seat Walding was located in the municipality of the same name in the Urfahr-Umgebung district of Upper Austria (today Raiffeisenplatz 9).

1317 is called "Walting". In 1487 a "Edel Michel der Haberstorffer zu Walding" is mentioned. In 1602, Walding was assigned to the Ottensheim lordship as a liberated noble seat . The noble estate has merged into the current Gasthaus Bergmayr Christian (Wirt z 'Walding).
