Titus Prifernius Paetus Rosianus Geminus was a Roman politician living in the 2nd century AD .

By military diplomas is evidence that Geminus on June 16, 123 along with Publius Metilius Secundus Suffektkonsul was. In 129 he was governor of the province of Cappadocia .
