Titus Sabinius Barbarus
Titus Sabinius Barbarus († after July 9, 118) was a Roman soldier and politician.
Under Emperor Trajan he was legatus Augusti pro praetore des exercitus Africanus in the province of Numidia . There he succeeded his predecessor Lucius Stertinius Quintilianus Acilius Strabo Gaius Curiatius Maternus Clodius Nummus 116 AD. After the change of government (Trajan died in August 117) he remained in office, but in July 118 at the latest he took up his suffect consulate , because according to the Arval Brothers' files that had been preserved he already on July 9th 118 with Lucius Pomponius Bassus the Fasces. Both consuls were still in office in August when the new emperor Hadrian arrived in Rome.
