Toffifee is a sweet from the German company August Storck KG. It consists of 12% chocolate , 41% caramel , 37% nut nougat cream and contains a whole hazelnut core inside .

The name Toffifee is an artificial word based on the English term toffee for hard caramel . On the American market, the spelling Toffifay is used to make the pronounced name sound similar to the German name.

history

Toffifee was first available in 1973 in West Germany and Austria. Sales began in Switzerland in the 1980s and by the beginning of the 21st century the product was represented in over 100 countries. Today it is sold in over 90 countries.
