Tom et Nelly is a Franco-Belgian comic series published between 1955 and 1958 .

Tom and Nelly run away from a London orphanage in 1899 and witness historical events.

Octave Joly started the series on behalf of the World Press by Georges Troisfontaines. The first 23 pages each contained three picture strips. The page layout was then changed to four strips. The author of this story was Albert Uderzo , who ended the collaboration on page 38. José Bielsa was responsible for the remaining pages, who also carried out the next two adventures according to Joly's instructions.

The first story appeared in Risque-Tout, the next two episodes in Spirou .
