Tomalla Prize

The Tomalla Prize is a science prize awarded by the Swiss Tomalla Foundation for research into gravitation and general relativity . It is usually awarded every three years.

The award is named after Walter Tomalla , a businessman and doctor of engineering from Basel, who wanted to support gravity research in his will with the Tomalla Foundation for Gravity Research, founded in 1982 . The foundation also awards grants and other grants for gravitational research.
