Tommasini is an Italian manufacturer of racing bike frames .

Irio Tommasini was a passionate cyclist . In 1948 he learned the craft of frame building, especially racing bikes, in a bicycle factory in Milan . In 1957 he opened his own bicycle factory in Grosseto , Tuscany . At the end of the 1960s, Tommasini began to export abroad. Until 1972 he worked with Giuseppe Pelà , Italy's first manufacturer of racing bike frames.

Irio Tommasini is still active in the business today. Tommasini manufactures frames made of steel, carbon fiber , aluminum, titanium and stainless steel in Grosseto, Italy. Custom-made frames from Tommasini are adapted to the respective driver. Today's management is taken care of by the founder's two daughters, Barbara and Roberta Tommasini. The German general importer is Bicisport Colosimo in Berlin.

Tommasini has been used in racing for more than 50 years, for example by Mario Cipollini , Eddy Merckx , Michele Bartoli and Paolo Bettini .
