Tommie Goerz

Tommie Goerz (* 1954 , pseudonym of Marius Kliesch ) is a German writer .

Life

Goerz studied law without a degree and then sociology, philosophy and political science. After completing his studies, from 1987 to 1989 he was involved in a research project on visual perception with Professor Erzigkeit at the Psychiatric Clinic of the FAU Erlangen Nuremberg. He received his PhD in sociology in 1989.

Goerz was a creative and copywriter from 1989 to 2009, most recently Creative Director at the Publicis agency network . He has received creative awards, including a bronze lion at the 2007 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity . From 2009 to 2017 he was a lecturer for text and conception at the Technical University of Nuremberg Georg Simon Ohm and then lecturer for text and conception at the Faber-Castell-Akademie Stein. He also worked as a management consultant. Goerz has been an exclusively author since 2017.

In 2010 the ars vivendi Verlag published Goerz's first crime novel Schafkopf with the original Franconian commissioner Friedemann "Friedo" Behütuns. Goerz gives readings from his "beer thrillers", solo or together with his band Hans, Hans, Hans and Hans.
