Torolf Voss (born November 12, 1877 in Kristiania , † November 23, 1943 in Oslo ) was a Norwegian composer and conductor.

Voss studied in Berlin between 1897 and 1903. From 1900 to 1904 he was the conductor of the Oslo Handelsstands Forening orchestra , from 1906 to 1907 he was a conductor at the Tivoli . Between 1908 and 1929 he directed the orchestra of the Centralteatret in Oslo, and from 1935 to 1943 he was director of the Norsk Musikforlag . He composed orchestral works ( Frithjof og Ingeborg ), choral and solo songs.
