The Torre Le Parc is a high-rise apartment building in the Argentine capital Buenos Aires . It is located at the intersection of Avenida Cerviño and Avenida Fray Justo Santamaria de Oro in the Palermo district .
The building was built by Mario Roberto Álvarez between 1993 and 1995 . It has 51 floors and is 158 meters high. Once completed, it was the tallest building in the country for eight years until the first tower of Torre El Faro was completed in 2003.
