Torre Planetarium refers to two unfinished high-rise construction sites in Panama City . Construction of both skyscrapers began in 2008. However, due to financial difficulties, construction work had to be stopped in 2009. Torre Planetarium I should reach a height of 343 meters and would be the tallest building in the city and the country, but only if the construction work on Los Faros del Panamá , which has also been discontinued, is not continued (planned height 346 meters). Torre Planetarium II will have a height of 305 meters and will have 82 floors, while the first tower will have 92 floors. The architectural office Mallol & Mallol designed both buildings. They should only accommodate apartments.
