Tortiglioni
Tortiglioni ( a tortiglione 'spiral' ), rigatoni ( riga 'line' ) or succhietti ( succhietto 'pacifier' ) are different shapes of short tube pasta with a grooved surface.
They are mostly made with meat and cheese sauce as they absorb a lot of sauce .
