Total Birgit
Total Birgit was a comedy show on Swiss radio and television that was broadcast once or twice a year between May 1, 1998 and January 3, 2015, mostly on Saturday evenings. What was special about the series was that the actress Birgit Steinegger played almost all the roles herself.

The protagonist of the series was Elvira Iseli, a housewife at an advanced age. In most of the episodes she was supported by her neighbors, the Italian Mrs. Schruppatelli and the traditional Pfunds. The resolute Elvira Iseli tried her hand at different jobs and tasks in the various episodes, which she mastered with often very unconventional solutions.
The mostly rather eccentric characters were practically all played by Birgit Steinegger. The various masks and the corresponding cutting technique , however, largely hid this.
