Tour Mykérinos is the name of a high-rise building in the 13th arrondissement of Paris . It is part of the Italie 13 urban development project . The skyscraper was built in 1974. The building has 36 floors and measures 103 meters. The building was designed by the architects Jérôme Delaage and Fernand Tsaropoulos. There are 203 apartments in the residential tower. Extensive renovations took place between 2017 and 2019. Together with the Tour Chéops and Tour Chéphren , Tour Mykérinos forms an ensemble of buildings around Square Dunois . Tour Mykérinos is the second tallest of the three Egyptian towers. All three have an exposed concrete facade.

The residential tower is connected to local public transport in the greater Paris area with the Chevaleret and Nationale metro stations .
