Tour Chéphren is the name of a high-rise building in the 13th arrondissement of Paris . It is part of the Italie 13 urban development project . The skyscraper was built in 1974. The building has 27 floors and measures 90 meters. The building was designed by the architects Jérôme Delaage and Fernand Tsaropoulos. Together with the Tour Chéops and Tour Mykérinos , Tour Chéphren forms an ensemble of buildings around Square Dunois . Of the three Egyptian towers, Tour Chéphren is the lowest. All three have an exposed concrete facade.

The residential tower is connected to local public transport in the greater Paris area with the Chevaleret and Nationale metro stations .
