The Tours Duo are a twin skyscraper under construction in Paris . The building is located in the Secteur Masséna-Bruneseau in the 13th arrondissement in the east of Paris, right on the border with the suburb of Ivry-sur-Seine . The area is an urban development area and is characterized by brisk construction activity. The two towers will be connected to each other by a shared building on the lower floors. The taller of the two towers (called Tour Duo Sud or Tour Duo 1 ) will be 180 m high and have 39 floors, while the smaller of the two towers (called Tour Duo Nord or Tour Duo 2 ) will have 122 m and 27 floors . The usable area of the building complex will be around 108,000 m², which roughly corresponds to the space required for 6300 office workplaces. In addition to offices, the building will also have a four-star hotel with 120 rooms and 1,800 m² of retail space. The twin towers were designed by Atelier Jean Nouvel .

Construction began in March 2017. When completed in 2020, the taller of the two towers will be the second tallest building in the heart of Paris and also the seventh tallest in the greater Paris area. The smaller of the two towers will be the sixth tallest skyscraper in the city center and the 38th tallest in the greater Paris area.

The office tower is very well connected to public transport in the greater Paris area with the Bibliothèque François Mitterrand metro station and the Bibliothèque François Mitterrand train station. Furthermore, the line runs right past the building and stops just a few meters away at the Avenue de France station. 14thParis Metro 14.svg C.Paris RER C icon.svgT3aParis Tram 3a.svg
