Tovar (unit)

The tovar was a measure of weight belonging to the Turkish measure.

It was valid in Serbia when it was a principality under Turkish sovereignty.

  • 1 Tovar = 100 Oken (175.9 liters)
  • 1 oka = 4 litra = 400 drams = 1.759 liters
