Toyota Fine N

The Toyota Fine-N is a concept car of a hydrogen - fuel cell vehicle , introduced in October of 2003.

The vehicle was shown at the 37th Tokyo Motor Show in October 2003. The hydrogen tanks and the SOFC fuel cell are placed in the middle of the vehicle and drive four electric motors of 25 kW each in each wheel. A lithium-ion battery is used as a buffer . According to this concept, the hydrogen pressurized gas should enable a range of up to 500 km, primarily through extensive return energy when braking. As a concept car, no real performance data are known.
