Tram 11
Tram 11 was a Croatian rap - duo from Zagreb , consisting of rappers target and General Woo .
meaning
Both rappers are an important part of the Croatian hip-hop scene. Some even claim they were the beginning of this scene and belong to the Blackout Crew , like El Bahattee and Bolesna Braća (Sick Brothers) aka. Sick Rhyme Sayazz.
Discography
In the course of their joint career, which lasted from 1996 to 2003, they released three albums.
The first one, Čovječe ne ljuti se (Don't get angry), was released in 1999, and was also the most successful.
The second, Vrućina gradskog asfalta (The heat of the urban asphalt) was published in 2000.
The third and final album was released in 2003 and was available as a double CD - Tajna Crne Kutije (The best Of) - ("The Secret of the Black Box") - a best of album that contained 4 new tracks.
The album for the reunification concert on November 11, 2017, entitled Jedanajstica u Domu Sportova , was released in April 2019 and reached number 1 in the Croatian charts.
Further career of the rappers
The two rappers have been solo artists since the group split up.
General Woo has recorded five albums:
- 2002 - Takozvani (so -called )
- 2005 - Baš je lijep ovaj svijet ( The world is beautiful ) - General Woo & Nered
- 2006 - Krv nije voda ( blood is not water )
- 2011 - Verbalni offense
- 2014 - Pad Sistema
Target largely sells his albums himself, which is probably why he was less successful. He has recorded three albums:
- 2003 - Target MC
- 2005 - The album ... nastavak (The Album ... the sequel )
- 2009 - Još jedan dan u Zagrebu ... ( One more day in Zagreb ...)
Furthermore, the two rappers work z. Partly on shared tracks (e.g. Woo was heard on Targets 2009 album), and they supported other rappers, also outside of Croatia, e.g. B. Serbian artists such as DeNiro, Marcello, Struka etc. and Bosnian artists such as Edo Maajka, King Mire etc.
In November 2017, the former rap duo gave a concert in Zagreb after many years. This was sold out in just a few days after the announcement.
The question of whether there will be a comeback of the two rappers as a group remains unanswered for many fans.
