Transcom WorldWide SA is a customer relationship management and debt collection company founded in 1995 by Kinnevik in Sweden. There are 62 branches in Europe, North and South America, Asia and Africa. The head office is in Luxembourg. Transcom employs around 29,000 people. In 2012 a turnover of 605.6 million euros was achieved. The German manager Michael Weinreich has been CEO and President since June 2017.
