Traverse (magazine)
Traverse - Journal of History - Revue d'histoire is a bilingual science journal . The editors see it as a “forum for historical researchers in Switzerland with a horizon that extends beyond national and narrow subject boundaries”.
The periodical is published by Chronos Verlag , Zurich. Each issue is dedicated to a single main topic. The first edition appeared in 1994. The main languages are German and French, in individual cases articles are also published in Italian or English. Each contribution of a main topic is supplemented by a table of contents in another of the Swiss national languages. Each issue contains book reviews on the current topic.
