Travllius Rufinus

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Travllius Rufinus (his praenomen is not known) was a member of the Roman knighthood ( Eques ) living in the 2nd century AD . His name is incorrectly spelled as Travelius Rufinus on the outside of panel 1 of the military diploma .

A military diploma dated February 8, 161, shows that Rufinus 161 was the commander of the Ala I Cannanefatium civium Romanorum , which was stationed in the province of Pannonia superior at that time .
