Treasures of the Deep is a computer game. It was released in Germany on July 1, 1998, for the PlayStation . It was developed by Black Ops Entertainment and distributed by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe .
Probably one of the first games of its genre, Treasures of the Deep focused on the treasure hunt as a diver in a wetsuit and similar to the crawl at the wheel of an armed submarine, which appeared in 1996 . Other types of submarines, with different properties such as armor thickness and increased maximum tonnage , as well as weapons such as torpedoes and mines can be bought between the levels or the latter can also be collected.
In the missions you travel to 14 places on earth from the Bermuda Triangle to Antarctica . The tasks range from closing oil leaks to exploring shipwrecks and looking for treasures made of gold .
