Treidelbrunnen on the Obermarkt

The Treidelbrunnen is a fountain on the Obermarkt in Hattingen . The work of art in public space by Bonifatius Stirnberg dates from 1988. It reminds of the importance of the Ruhr for coal transport when the Ruhr shipping was operated on Ruhraaken . Previously was the site of the 1960s, a sofa made of concrete, which jokingly Affenfelsen was called.
