The building with the postal address Tribseer Straße 24 is a listed building on Tribseer Straße in Stralsund .

The two-storey plastered building was built in the second half of the 18th century.

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 756.

Like its western neighbors Tribseer Straße 24 a , Tribseer Straße 25 and Tribseer Straße 26 , the building belonged to the production buildings of the Stralsund faience factory and the Stralsund Mint , which Joachim Ulrich Giese had built. Giese lived in house number 24, where the mint was established in 1757; it was operated until 1764.
