The building with the postal address Tribseer Straße 26 is a listed building on Tribseer Straße in Stralsund .

The ten-axis plastered building was erected in 1757. The building was later changed significantly and two storeys were added.

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 759.

Like its eastern neighbors Tribseer Strasse 24 , Tribseer Strasse 24 a and Tribseer Strasse 25 , the building belonged to the production buildings of the Stralsund faience factory and the Stralsund Mint , which Joachim Ulrich Giese had built. Since the 1920s it has housed the “Zur Kogge” restaurant.
